There will be a $10 restocking fee for each pair taken off the amount returned.

Please wrap the shoebox the same way it arrived. Do not put it in a different box. If the package comes back different than how it was sent out, you will be charged the adjustment amount. 

If the shoebox is returned unwrapped and unable to resell, $10 will be taken off the refund amount. . DO NOT TAPE THE ACTUAL SHOEBOX. 

Shipping is not refundable. 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

If an exchange needs to be made please return the item or items from your first order and place a new order on our site with the new size or style. 

If a second order is made and the item still does not work, you will be responsible for the shipping back to us to get your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You have 14 days from when your package is delivered to return your items. 

Once you’ve placed your order, we will work on it to ship out right away. TAXI orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

After shipping the item, we will email you a tracking number so you can know where and when to expect your package.

Cute and comfy

I saw these shoes in a store but they didn’t have my size so I looked them up online and ordered for a trip to Italy. Cute with shorts, dresses and jeans….so versatile. But more importantly, they were comfortable with all the walking we did! They aren’t worn out but I am contemplating ordering another pair just in case.

The best ever!

I have bad feet…there, Ive said it. Bunions, loss of padding on my soles …etc. it is so hard for me to find comfortable sandals…until now. I love love love these shoes. It took a couple of days to "break them in", but after that …wow. Im so happy I stumbled upon these. I’ve worn them all summer, and I’m just about to purchase another pair, to ensure I have "stock" for the future.
