Orders and Shipping

We currently accept all major credit cards. 

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Once you place an order, we will send you a transaction confirmation by email.

Once your order is confirmed, we work on it to ship out right away. You will receive an email with your tracking information and an estimated delivery date, as well as the payment confirmation.

Taxi provides FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. Purchases under $100 have a shipping cost of $10.

If the order has not been shipped then we will gladly change the colour, size or style for you as long as it is the same price as the original purchase. If the price is different then we will refund you the full amount and then you can go ahead and purchase the new item.

Please contact us ASAP and we will notify you if it has been shipped out or not. If the style has already been shipped out so you will have to follow the return/exchange policy.

Returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders come with a RETURN LABEL and a TRACKING NUMBER at no extra charge to you. There will be a $10 restocking fee taken off the amount returned.

To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

Please email us notifying us that you are returning the product and the reason behind the return.Your purchase must be returned in the original shoe box and wrapped in the same way that it arrived. Please do NOT tape the actual shoebox. Please use a wrapping paper in order to avoid damaging the shoebox.Affix the return label to your return package.You will need to drop off the package at the shipping company that is listed on your return label.Keep the tracking number for your own reference so you can track it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please email us with the reason for the exchange and we will send you a return label. Please place a new order on the website with the new style or size you need. We will then ship it out as soon as we can.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sizing and Product Care

You can find a size chart in all our product pages.

Simply measure from where the heel meets the sole to the bottom most tip.

You can measure the Boot Shaft Height using a soft measuring tape to measure from the bottom of the foot up the length of the calf.

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of the calf.

The waterproof upper material and sealed seams provide extra protection and comfort for your feet during the winter. The membrane separating the upper material and lining prevents water and snow from entering the boots. The waterproof function does not extend to zippers, laced openings, stretch materials, mistreatment and accidents. The Water-resistant property resists the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely.

For our synthetic boots we already treat them throughout the production process. Because we have already taken this step, we do not recommend you use any weather protective spray or oil on our boots. If your boots get salt stains simply use a wet cloth to wipe away the salt.

Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources to avoid drying out. Clean the product with a damp cloth. Do not use detergents, cleaning solvents, oils or any abrasive cleaners, as they can make the leather become sticky and cracked.

If soiled with dry dirt or a light smudge, use a suede eraser or soft bristled brush in the same direction as the suede grain. Never use polish or wire brushes. If soiled with a wet or oily stain, consider taking the product to a professional cleaner.
