Politique de remboursement
Taxi provides free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Purchases under $100 have a shipping cost of $10. An additional shipping cost may apply to some remote locations.
If you need to return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a RETURN LABEL with a TRACKING NUMBER at no extra charge.
There will be a $10 restocking fee for each pair taken off the amount returned. If the shoebox is returned unwrapped and unable to resell there will be an additional $10 charge. Shipping is not refundable.
If an exchange needs to be made please return the item or items from your first order and place a new order on our site with the new size or style.
If a second order is made and the item still does not work, you will be responsible for the shipping back to us to get your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You have 14 days from when your package is delivered to return your items.
Once you’ve placed your order, we will work on it to ship out right away. TAXI orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
After shipping the item, we will email you a tracking number so you can know where and when to expect your package.

Shipping is not available to A.P.O/F.P.O. Some exclusions apply for air stage drop points and remote locations.
